The blended box map scale seems to react differently depending on whether the scene is rendered conventionally or with IPR - with the image on the right being IPR. This only seems to be a problem with the plane - the other objects in the scene use blended box mapping but don't have the issue. (edit - actually a few others...but not all seem to)

Also - unrelated - changing forest color stuff when rendering with IPR seems to crash Max (as do a lot of other forest modifications).

And another (not sure if it should be a separate thread?) difference between the render modes. The sticker in the above shot, a line with patch select modifier, has stopped showing up in IPR mode. It did before and the shadow is still there, switching to normal rendering and it shows as expected.

I'm also having Max crash all the time when using IPR, when changing materials, copying things etc.

Can you get me crash dumps from these to vlado@chaosgroup.com ? After you get a crash, open Windows Explorer, type %temp% and find the 3dsmax_minidump.dmp file. It will be very helpful if you can get me a .zip with these after several different crashes.

      Best regards,
      Vlado
I only act like I know everything, Rogers.
