Just been trying out some old files with IPR, and on the whole the results match the Vray Adv renderer as expected.
Then I found some were coming through darker, and after some head scratching it appears that if there is a Vray exposure control in the environment tab, then it is computed regardless of whether the Active button is checked.
In my case it had been played around with in the some files, then left inactive, so the IPR wasn't rendering the same as the production renderer.
Also, in the same old files I see that a standard camera was using DOF, using the settings from the Camera rollout in the Vray render settings, with 'Get focus dist. from camera" ticked, is also ignored by IPR, which always takes the value from the Focus Distance spinner instead.
Otherwise it's been working great!
