Did some behaviour change in the latest nightlies in regards to resizing the Vray Frame Buffer and IPR? It seems to be behaving differently.. resizing the actual render resolution?

I can see the reasoning, is it a functionality that could maybe be turned on or off?
Personally I find myself frequently moving/resizing the VFB whilst I work, due to limited screen space and the multitude of menus/rollouts etc that can be open. Having the IPR reset everytime I do so feels counterproductive...

Your particular problem is caused by different issue - inability of rendering IPR inside of viewport. If you do IPR in a floating window instead of viewport, there will be always something important you need to use that VFB window is currently on top of
