Current task: hair and fur.

I have a large scene, that seems to contain hair and fur but I can't seem to find it. At the end of the render he says: Current task Hair and Fur. I tried looking everywhere but can't seem to find it. Any ideas? It's messing with my rendertimes I think.

Disable or remove it from Max environment

Thanks, I forgot about the fact that it could be a render effect. It was enabled but I never did that. That's quite weird.

If you merge geometry with hair and fair, it automatically adds the effect in the scene

Well I know now what to look for next time. Although I didn't add anything with hair and fur. Still thanks for the tips.
