3.5 Beta 2 IPR: Enabling/Disabling a light forces refresh

Hey guys,
as the title says: Turning a light on or off forces the IPR to refresh the whole scene. On big scenes this might take very long. Is this the intended behaviour can it be made faster?

What kind of light?

One is a domelight, the other one a regular rectangle light.
