Denoiser tool - no alpha support?

Hello. First off thanks for the denoiser, it's really great!

However i'm not able to preserve my alpha's from exr's when using the denoiser tool. Is this a limitation or am I doing something wrong.

How exactly are you using the denoiser? The alpha should pass through.

And I use the vray raw image file output saved as 32 bit exr. Alpha is looking fine in this output, but is left out after the denoise tool process. Also when using Lele's tool.

Any suggestions to why the alpha is skipped?
I tried checking the deep exr output also, but this crashes the denoiser tool. Might be a bug.

Did som more testing. This time with just a box and a hdri. As you can see output is saved with alpha checked but is not coming through when denoised.
Tried saving to both vrimg and exr.
