Online License Server not working after installation

I tried installing License Server 4.3.1 to check how the online licensing works, but as soon as the installation successfully finishes, it tries to launch a localhost/#/FirstRun saying "This site can’t be reached. localhost refused to connect."

- Vrlservice is running
- Disabled firewall
- Tried on IE, chrome, firefox

This PC doesn't have the dongle, but it has Vray 3.5 installed as workstation mode. Any suggestions? I followed the instructions on the docs site.

It looks like the license server was unable to start. Can you check if your VRLService is running?

Yes it is running, tried restarting it, installing again, etc. It's a fresh windows install...

Can you provide me with logs from the license server?

Sure where can it be found? I can only see a install.log in VRLService folder.

They're in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\logs
