  • Vray 3.5 RT on GPU very blurry

    Hi guys,
what is wrong with vray RT on GPU, it only produces blurry images, with the CPU no problem .
I tried one scene, left half with GPU (2 x Nvidia 980TI update drivers) and the right half with CPU : left blurry and right sharp, how come

And yes i tcheckes the DOF & motion blur in the camera
    Thanks!

There's an option to downscale textures when using GPU just under the "Render Servers" button. It's the dropdown named "GPU textures". Check if you haven't chosen "resize all textures" and that you haven't put a low resolution in "GPU texture size". If you have, increase the resolution and try again. Or maybe even try selecting "full size textures" from the "GPU textures" dropdown.

      Hi,

Can you get me a simplified version of that scene? peter.matanov@chaosgroup.com
If it was that easy, it would have already been done

Writing here so everyone can see it.

You are using Catmull-Rom filter which is not supported in RT GPU. I will make a note for displaying a warning for unsupported filters when using RT GPU.
