  • VrayTriplanarTex outputs black color in material editor

    Hi,

    I've already requested this but could not find my original request. VrayTriplanarTex outputs black color in material editor into any maps that follow after it. It displays fine on material shaderball, but it's very hard to for example color correct VrayTriplanarTex output, when all I see in material editor is black. It would be appropriate if TriplanarTex simply passed on whatever texture preview it receives from previous node.

    I thought we already fixed this, and at least I can't replicate it. Can you post a scene that shows like this?

      Ha! So I tried it on a different map, and it worked!

      It seems to show black only when used as a Mix amount of Mix map for some reason

      EDIT: And also when used as a mask for Composite map. So I guess it concerns inputs which convert RGB to A.
