RT CUDA gives different result from CPU

Hi guys,
Any ideas why this happens?

CPU:


GPU:


I think it has to do with geometry but even so.. Why on GPU is rendered fine while on CPU is not (black splotches on the metallic line)?

I'm not quite sure what's happening there, can you post that part of the scene?

It was a material issue after all.
I would prefer to not post the scene but, I can mail it to you.
Since it is a mat issue, it makes more sense being different from GPU I guess.
It is very weird though, since the specific material construction is GPU supported.
