ShadeMap and transparency issues.

on the 4 reactors which are simple transparent objects with self illum VRay mat, only one renders right after using the shadeMap in stereo helper

That looks like a bug, can you send us the scene for investigation?
Let us also know what V-Ray and 3dMax version you are using.
