  • VRayInstance don't render as matte...

    As the title suggest they don't respect their VRay properties, at least this part.

    The VRayInstancer has a checkbox, "Override node properties". If it is OFF (the default), the matte properties are taken from the individual source objects. If it is ON, then the matte properties of the VRayInstancer node itself are taken in account.

          Before I try to share the scene, could it be because the instances are picked within groups?

            Hello!
            I think it must be something more specific in your setup. I couldn't reproduce it with the information that you've shared so far. I tested with groups too.
