Vray materials menu and saving max files

When Vray Materials menu is displayed first time in Slate Material Editor - this takes a lot of time.
After that materials menu works as normal but saving max files is VERY slow.
What can cause this?
This is menu I'm taking about:

Can you give us a file that saves slowly in this situation? It seems to work fine for simple tests.
