Could you let us know which shaders exactly are you trialing, which you have problems with and what V-Ray and 3ds max versions are you using?

I'm using Vray 3.04.03 on 3ds Max 2016.
The shaders not working are:
fabric_beige_wool_s
leather_black_8_s
oak_gloss_s
zebrano_matte_1_s

Thanks, we'll have a look, but it will probably take us some time to get back to you.
I'll let you know in case we need more information from you.

Could you also tell me which ones are the one that work for you?

There are 3 that work so far:
leather_black_4_e
leather_beige_perf_1_e
I downloaded leather_white_3_e and it works as well.
Cheers,
John

We do have an arrangement which allows for full access at the moment.

Sorry it took me a bit of time, but I needed to check a few things with the developers.
The render that you're getting is something that could only happen with old plugins, it shouldn't happen with 3.40.03. To make sure if that's the case, you could uninstall V-Ray, make sure you manually delete any leftover files from previous V-Ray installations in the plugins folder (C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2016\plugins\vrayplugins), install V-Ray again and see if that helps.
