    Hi - I can't upload the logs to here as you attachment manage says they are invalid. I can email them if I have a ticket I guess

      Manually restarting the dongle license server from the new license server web page, or by manually restarting the license service? Also try running the vrlservice.exe as a standalone server, you should see the old license server web page when opening http://localhost:30304/getstatus (the new license server service has to be stopped manually from Windows Services - it should be listed there with the name VRLService).
