V-Ray IPR 3 different layers of updates

Hi,

currently, the way things update during IPR are fractured into 3 different layers:

Scene changes that do update IPR automatically
Scene changes that do update IPR only after hitting refresh button
Scene changes that do not update until you stop IPR and restart it

and it seems that second layer, things that update after pressing refresh button are just a minority. Most of things that do not update during IPR do not update even after refresh button is hit, and require manual stopping and restarting of IPR. I would suggest removing this button to reduce confusion.

We'll see... the correct thing to do would be to make the button actually refresh everything.

The correctest ( ) thing would be for everything to refresh even without the button, but it's still a step in a right direction.
