V-ray 3.50.04 when is the next update? It has some loopholes. Rendering animation always has some random black squares, which makes me very annoying.

Unfortunately we can't provide a time range for the next SP. What is the issue that you face? Can you send an an example scene and provide more information on the issue?
Does it persist on particular scene alone? Do you use DR? Can you attach a screenshot?

Can you get me more information about this? Images, scene etc? Otherwise there is no guarantee that your issue will be fixed.

There are a lot of scenes in this error. Unfortunately, you have to render the entire animation scene to find out where the error is. Can you tell me how to send it to you? By email? Or SkyDrive, I uploaded to China more commonly used server you can download it? For example: Baidu cloud?

I prefer not to share our FTP account on the forum. It would be best if you could send us an email instead. Or you can upload the file anywhere that is convenient with you and provide the link to it or mention it in your e-mail.

We reply to every e-mail that we receive from our customers. If you haven't received any reply from us probably something went wrong. Can you provide a ticket number for that e-mail so I can check what happen? When you send an email to you get an auto reply e-mail with the ticket number of your issue.
