Vray render rollout long time to appear.

Is there a reason the vray render rollout should take 10-20 seconds to appear ? Almost always over 10 seconds.

What's the Target mode, Production or ActiveShade?
Is is scene related or it happens on every scene including a empty one?
Have you noticed any issue with the licensing, opening UI engages Interface License and if there are some latencies accessing License Server that might be the culprit.
What about rendering, does it start immediately after activated or it also freezes for a few seconds?

What's V-Ray and 3dsMax versions/service packs?

Sorry. It wasn't 3dsmax/vray after all. I'm encountering a serios memory leak with aftereffects and my memory was almost completely utilised. This was affecting the rollout.
