Still problem with artefacts using adaptive lights ?

There is still serious problem with adaptive lights. Im using standard spots and vray shadows on an interior rendering showing serious artefacts that are also flickering. vray 3.50.04

edit. Sorry it?s the ies lights under the kitchenkabinets that creates artifacts.

I rest this case for awhile. There was a floor bitmap in the ies light for some reason??
