I had a video card driver and after resetting things, I can't obtain a v-ray license. My dongle is on, however, I didn't think I needed it anymore.

It's working now. I had to remove everything V-Ray and reinstall it. I also had to download the dongle driver and then enable the online license.Bobby Parker
