Vray Disc Light cant scale

That's strange, I can't replicate this problem in 3.50.04. Maybe the light is still partially inside the housing of that lamp? Did you try to move the disc light just a bit lower? Don't rely strictly on the viewport, sometimes it doesn't represent very accurately which objects are in front.Aleksandar Mitov

Ok, from you're new screenshot I see you're using the Scale tool in Max to resize your lights which is a no-no. Scale back your light to 100 100 100 in X Y Z and only use the Radius parameter in the Vray light object to change its size. This should solve your issue.Aleksandar Mitov

plane light i always use scale tool, coz sometime like cove light, not square, different length, if not instance, hard to adjust intensity, temperature and etc.
this time got many different size round shape light. btw, if this problem cant solve, i will just apply light material to the object.
