"CreateProcessor" error

For the last week or so I've been getting a weird error when I have VraySpawner active. This happens randomly and for no apparent reason while my PC is not used for rendering. It doesn't seem that the error is affecting me negatively, I haven't noticed any problems so far. Please check the screenshot below.
