VRaySpawner 2015 service can't start

For some reason, the Vrayspawner service can't start anymore, only on some machines.
Here is the windows message when trying to start the service manually:

The VRaySpawner 2015 service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

We use max 2015 with Vray 3.50.04
Those machines didn't have this problem before.
Before what is the question : window 10 update ? Vray update ?
I can't say because the admins update stuff all the time.
Also, strangly enought VrayRtSpawner is running without protesting...

Did someone have the problem before ?

If you want to use V-Ray DR, make sure that V-Ray 3.50.04 for 3ds Max 2015 and 3ds Max 2015 is all the same version on all of the machines.
The other thing you will need to check is if you allowed V-Ray through the Firewall ports of the machines and Backburner is installed on all of them.
Let us know if the vrayspawner2015 is registered as a service or it is launched manually, and how many exactly machines are you using and on how many of them the same issue appears?
Also please provide us with your dongle SN, so that we can check it in our database.

As I mentioned, it is not V-Ray DR that creating a problem, it's the VRaySpawner 2015 service.
The firewall and backburnner are ok.
vrayspawner2015 is registered as a service, auto-starting with the computer (doesn't need a logged-in used to work)
but it didn't start. When manually starting it, we got the message I paste in my previous post.
My admin said he couldn't find any error report in the different logs of the machine.

Strangly enough, we did re-install Vray for max, and the problem was solved.
To my knowledge, we did install it the same way as we did the first time.

Thank you for your confirmation that the problem is solved, after the re-install of V-Ray.
There could be a number of reasons, why some Service could not be started on the machine.
Some of the reasons could be another program, security rights or a different user specific privileges.

We are happy that your problem is now solved!
