I have an interior scene that I am having troubles lighting. When I put a V-Ray Sky Dome in the scene, with a V-Ray Light Material image outside the window, everything looks good. The interior is a little dark, but when I put a V-Ray Sky in the V-Ray Sky Dome, nothing I do can bring the outside image into exposure. I excluded the outside image, which is mapped onto an arch, but it is still 100% white. I tried a normal V-Ray material, too, but it too is 100% white. I can slide that plane inside the room and it looks good. I also have some light portals, but on or off, it doesn't matter. An image outside a window isn't normally an issue.
