    Some button icons are missing when using MAX.vray Initial Settings for UI

    A few of my button icons are missing (3DS Max 2017) when using the VRay Initial Settings Configuration from Custom UI and Defaults Switcher (under Customise Menu).

    TextPlus, Edit Named Selection Sets, and I think the third one was Toggle Ribbon.

    (use the Default 3DS Max settings and those buttons are there).
