Getting MAX crash report windows with Backburner rendering

I'm getting MAX crash report windows popping up when rendering with Backburner. This doesn't affect rendering though and it proceeds normally. This crash report windows pops up with each new job that starts rendering in Backburner. Does anyone else get this?

yup, it`s a bit random but sometimes i have 10 or more max crash windows. never happened on max 2012 but happens all the time with 2016.
