V-Ray 3.6: IPR not refreshed when changing sampling settings

It seems that even in 3.6, IPR does not correctly refresh when sampling settings, such as max subdivs or noise threshold are changed. Not even manual refresh button seems to update it. It requires complete stop and re-start.

On a side note, I am curious what exactly is the green refresh button supposed to update? Every time something does not update, I first try to click that green refresh button before doing full stop and re-start of IPR, but I don't recall that green update button ever actually refreshing anything

It will be done some day and about the side note - the refresh button helps in some situations. Ideally it will be removed when everything updates automatically.

that's what I was actually curious about, which situations those are, so that I know when it's worth to try the button, and when should I go straight for complete IPR restart.
