VRayEdgesTex corners tapering

Can someone enlighten me please?!

I need to produce wireframe images and use VRayEdgesTex for this. The problem that I've always had is that the corners have a tapering effect that I really don't want (see image). The effect gets worse the larger the pixel width I choose.

It's because of the hidden edge between the two faces. It's on the "to do" list to try and improve this.

Ended up using VRayToon instead which has done the job.
