  • How to tell when a bug has been fixed?

    When we submit a bug and it's been confirmed and submitted on Chaos groups end, is there a description that could be emailed back to the user of the bug fix that would show up in the release notes? If there was, that would be an easy way for users to search release notes for the fix they are looking for. If not, perhaps when a bug gets confirmed and submitted, the support contact could email back the description to the user so they can be checking the release notes regularly.

    Any way to do this?

    We don't provide a way for you to do this. You can search through the changelog file, or you can append to your support ticket and ask for a status update.

      The Support Team usually informs the user back when the bug reported by him has been fixed, so in most of the cases the reporter will be informed about the bug fix even before the official release.
      Like Vlado pointed out you can always contact us on the forums or via email and ask us about the status of the bug you or someone else reported.
