Multiscatter Light cache problem

"The archiving tool will not process the scene due to the duplicate file references found in each unique material." this is from Autodesk site. You don't have to archive the max scene just uploaded as it is. Make sure to create a folder and let us know its name.

I can't manage to reproduce the issue with that scene. Maybe I'll need the assets as well. Have you tried rendering with override material? Does the issue persist then?

Yes, i have tried render with override material, and it is slow also

This is a max file. Can you attach the actual .vrscene (V-Ray Proxy) files or send them to support?

Still not able to replicate the issue, probably due to the missing textures or floorgenerator plugin or something else.
You will find a video from my test in your private messages where you can see the missing files and plugins and the full rendering process.
Please check it and let me know (here, not in private messages) if you see something that I missed or other important things that would help me to replicate the issue.

Versions used: 3dsMax 2017, V-Ray 3.60.03, Multiscatter 1.3.6.11.
