URGENT!! fresh install vray 3.6 cannot render..

Hi, i just brought a vray dongle from my friend, before process to the transfer ownership, he give me his username and password ask me to try whether everything going smooth or not, if yes, then i will pay him.
i just download vray 3.6 and install, everything go smooth with installation, but when i click render, vray return the pop up message...

i have try re-start max, but still cannot render, help

Hi, i just uninstalled vray 3.60.03 and install vray 3.50.04 and it run smooth, vray 3.6 don't support 3ds max design 2014?

It looks ok on my machine, can you send the dump file? (3dsmax_minidump.dmp or/and VRay.dmp in the %temp% folder)

Hi, i have found the 3dsmax_minidump.dmp but cannot find VRay.dmp in my temp folder, so where should i send the file to?

Well, the dump file shows that you have C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max Design 2014\stdplugs\BlackStorm.dlr installed. This might be a crack for V-Ray 3.40 which is known to be incompatible with newer versions of V-Ray. You can remove it, but we can't offer official support for the crack itself for obvious reasons.
