Please update your V-Ray for 3ds Max to version 3.60.03:

Go to the localhost webpage (localhost:30304) and make sure that your licenses are visible and your Online/Dongle licensing is enabled.
Please contact us at support@chaosgroup.com if you continue to experience issues, send us screenshots from the localhost and your V-Ray client license settings.
