Interactive Rendering Issue

Running Production Rendering Mode - Renderer Vray RT 3.60.03 - GPU (cuda) tested with just the 1080 and Hybrid.
I cant seem to get an override material to work. If i dont click Interactive Mode and just hit render then override works.

Any ideas

IPR uses ActiveShade settings, just switch to ActiveShade enable OverrideMtl there and apply the same shader as the one in Global Switches rollout:
