Hey Vlado and team!
So I love vrayscene but as a note, it caused a few hours of finding out what was wrong and why I could not render. I was given a scene with a vrayscene object in it. I was not aware that the vrayscene object was in it and thus never paid attention to it. My scene would not render, gave me the unhandled exception error, instancing etc etc. I went through the thousand of objects in my scene and hid them and render them until I finally found a vrayscene object that did not find the path of the original vrayscene, hence causing problems. I deleted it and the scene rendered. I know this one is being tested, so I suggest making it "invisible" if no link is found. By the way, VRay RT chunked through it and was able to render it in ActiveShade mode, but I could not render it in Advance mode nor iterative. Hope that helps.
Best
