3DS MAX 2018 Blurry

I finally migrated from MAX 2017 to MAX 2018. I have everything updated, checked cables and all drivers. I have to check DPI scaling in MAX's icon properties, otherwise, MAX isn't usable. Once checked my MAX 2018 screen gets blurry. Not only the text, but the whole screen gets blurry. I tried logging off and back in as a new user, but that did nothing. It is only MAX where I have the problem; all other programs are fine.

Hot dog! My goal today was to fix this mess or die trying. I initially tried logging into a different account, like I read some posts here, and it didn't solve anything. I created a new account, with administrative privileges so I can access my project folders, and voila! Now, my menus seem to work without any icon property settings and things are crystal clear; nice and sharp. Either AD or Microsoft has something to fix because it'll cause a headache to the masses.
