  • I don't know where to start to figure this out...

    This new problem keeps cropping up when test rendering an animated model that I have been tuning up for the past week, have done many test renders this is the first time i have seen this and it is intermittent, any ideas? thanks!

    Hello,

    Best would be if you could send the scene to our support together with some information - what is your 3ds Max and V-Ray versions.

        Sorry, not very experienced, by sending the scene do you mean the file? It's pretty big 102 megs, not sure I can email it but will try

          Yes, the scene file + any assets that might be required to reproduce the same issue.
          Send us an e-mail with a link to this thread an we'll provide login details for our FTP server to upload the files.
