I know that I have brought this up before, but there doesn't seem to be a solution. I have a rather large scene that probably could be optimized better, but it isn't bad. The Updating Instances is taking 20 minutes and when using IPR I can't cancel it. I can cancel when not using IPR, but not when using it. I accidentally picked IPR, which is why I am writting this post. Other than staying away from displacement, what can I do next time to avoid this?
