    Hi Guys

    There's a bug with the environment background.

    To reproduce:
    1st, This is how it DOES work. Stick jpg (or hdri) into the max environment map. Make sure you in BUCKET mode
    Under color mapping, switch OFF "Affect Background"

    Render. All is good and you see what you expect

    BUT:
    This is how it DOESNT WORK.
    If you are in progressive mode (or rendering with GPU), then background renders almost completely black

    Tested both with the official latest 3.6 as well as Next Beta 1

    Hello,

    "Affect Background" set to OFF is not supported in the progressive mode (GPU too). There should even be a warning about that in the V-Ray log.
