strange error messages in Vray RT

I have been trying to use Vray RT 3.60.01 and it seems as if it works on and off. For the most part, it freezes up. I have enclosed the last error message that I got. This was after using it in the same file for about 30 min. I am using 3ds max 2017

Is this happening on a particular scene? You should update your V-Ray to 3.60.04 or V-Ray Next (beta), there are a lot of stability fixes added since 3.60.01.

This is not just one scene. I updated to V-Ray 3.60.04 this morning and just got the following error message.

On the first error V-Ray should create a crash dump file called VRay.dmp in your temp folder (%temp% in windows explorer). Could you send one such file ?

The dump you've sent is from V-Ray 3.60.01 - could you try to delete the dump files from %temp% and start V-Ray 3.60.04 again ?

Will it produce that even if the scene didn't crash? In this case, it just stopped working it didn't crash the scene.

Yes it should produce a VRay.dmp dump file.

Thanks for the dump but this continues to be V-Ray 3.60.01 and not 3.60.04.
There are number of fixes that happened between 3.60.01 and 3.60.04. It would be best if you could install it and try again or if you prefer - send us a scene that crashes for you in 3.60.01 and we'll check it out
