    Hi,

    Just to make you aware, I think there's a bug with the VRayFastSSS2 material when rendering using BF LC. If the multiple scattering parameter is set to "Prepass-based illumination map" the prepass stage in the render takes hours. To fix it must be set to "Raytraced".

    We have some models in our library using this set up and have to go through and change this dropdown in order to get them to render - not too big an issue but thought I'd raise it.

    Hi,

    We are leaving all prepass modes for the next versions. V-Ray has become faster and more intelligent, so there will be no need for prepasses. In V-Ray 4 VRayFastSSS2 materials with prepasses will be forced to raytraced.
    If it was that easy, it would have already been done
