problem with saved .exr file by vray

Hi,
I have saved .exr directly by vray and I have an error reading the file: "Error reading pixel data from image file ....exr. Unexpected tile x coordinate."
Its over 4gb file and 13000 px wide. I didnt have problems with saving to .exr before but maybe I didnt render this big, only maybe maximum 8000px wide.
Maybe someone had a similar issue ?

Hi,

Can you provide more details on this issue ? Are you rendering without VFB? Does it happen only with this project or the EXR is unreadable even if you render just a single primitive in that resolution using the default settings?

Hi,
I have rendered 8 cameras, 2 of them were 13000px wide and rendered without memory frame buffer. The rest was rendered in 4000px wide and with vfb and those are OK. I dont know if its only this project, I will have to check what will happen in a fresh scene and get back to You. Thanks for the reply.

In the template scene it saved properly, template scene is a start scene I use for all the projects. Although the file size is a lot smaller, maybe its something to do with the file size ? 1.4GB vs 4-5GB

Do you have any render elements added?
