If the textured opaciy object is on the foreground, the edge alpha will not be 1.0. (Alpha Using 32 bit Float precision)
In the following cases, the problem disappears but it is not a solution to the cause. (Render time will increase)
* more higher image sampler
* Tasnsp.cutoff is 0.0
* Alpha contribution is 0.0 (The textured opacity object 's Alpha is used.)
Tested on V-Ray 3.60.04 and Next Beta2
