OK, there is an elegant way to remove NaN pixel values in Nuke which I tested and can confirm that at first glance it works fine:

If you have Nuke into your environment that's the way to solve this issue, if you haven't got you may send me the Specular elements and I'll try to fix them for you.
Another thing you may try is to import elements to 3dsMax and try to render them as a texture, I'm not sure if that's going to work but if you are in a hurry it might be a good option to try.
Also I cannot see any contribution of Specular element over the final composition, values are so small that they practically doesn't change anything into the final composition.
