Vray next beta and phoenix FD Ocean texture

I am waiting to be able to update my vray licence with vray next - in the meanwhile I am having hard times trying to render phoenix fd ocean texture with GPU.

My vray 3.60.04 version is not rendering phoenix fd ocean texture. I have tried with latest phoenix fd 3ds Max nighlies, with no success (I guess I should try with latest vray 3 3ds Max nighlies, but I have no access: please give me one) - then I have tried with latest Vray next beta, and I had just a couple of random success, but mainly i get: "error during vray initialization Stage2" error.

I think it should be so obvious, being 2 Chaos softwares ...
