Toon not present in deep images

I am trying to render toon, but cannot get it to work with deep images.
The VFB displays the effect just fine but when I open the same deep image in Nuke, it is not present in neither the beauty- or toon pass. If I turn off deep in the frame buffer settings it works just fine.

I have added VrayToon as an atmosphere effect and render element. Toon is set with default settings, and the only other element present is VrayOptionRE. "Deep output" in the toon render element is of course enabled. I am using Vray 3.60.04

Thanks for the report. I managed to replicate the case and already added it into our bug-tracking system, it's reference code is: VMAX-7266.
