  • V-ray physical camera - difficult to select in viewport

    Hi.

    When using a V-ray physical camera (making a comeback in vray next) it's difficult to select it in the viewport. If there is any geometry behind it, that will be selected instead. This is also an issue when using vray lights, and it has been like this for several versions of Max (currently v-ray 4.02 and max 2019).
    I don't know what the specific reasons for this is, but it would be great if you could work with Autodesk to fix it, since it is kind of annoying. Also it doesn't apply to the regular physical cameras in Max.

        I second that and I usually select both Camera and Target when clicking on the camera in viewport. So I fall back on selection sets or layer explorer to save time.

          The selection has been improved for the next official release.
          If it was that easy, it would have already been done
