  • 32-bit LUT

Save a 32-bit LUT for applying color correction on exr files is important for animation specifically ..because right now color correction is useless on multichannel exr that you have to done it again in post production

    Could you elaborate?
What do you mean by 32-bit LUT?

Does 32bit (I guess you mean per channel) LUT even exist ? I wonder how large aLUT image needs to be that stores all possible colors a floating point image could store.

i mean a LUT format that contain all color data with highlight compression (when saving it from the color correction tab) , because current format (.cube) have integer limitations and when applying it in post production the highlight appears washed out, i think a (.csp) format could support it

plus one for this, even the ability to save out a .csp from vfb filmic tonemapping would be usefull
