    A small thing but shouldnt the Gamma correction in colour mapping be in the VFB ? so you can just adjust it when the image is rendered rather than taking a geuss at it.

          question. whats the difference really if you apply a color mapping curve to the irradiance map when its rendering or when you apply a curve to a rendered image that simulates the same color mapping? because doesnt render time go up with color mapping? wouldnt it make more sence to just to the curve in the vray vfb using no color mapping?

            Well the trouble is Just using Linear would be very hard because of the light burn-outs ... and not everyone uses the VFB i guess ..
