    When using the default scanline renderer I had gotten quite used to rendering out several masks of my objects using multiple "matte" elements with different object/material id's...

    I find it quite limiting to not have that functionality with VRay... Of course I could switch to scanline and reconvert all my mats back to matte/shadows but that really isn't condusive to a streamlined workflow... So if we could get some sort of layer management, or render pass management system that is more robust than the current one it would help me immensely.
