Can you put the ggx + tail falloff map in the VRayFastSSS2?
It's a pain, when a GPU sss shader is needed we have to use the blend mtl in shellac mode to get the GGX BRDF. And that comes with the danger of breaking energy conservation and creating noise generator materials.
